Mr. Ma Xichao who was born in January 1962, the president and general manager of our company, has graduated from the Southern Columbia University with MBA degree. He's also a graduate student major in international finance of the Central Finance University. Meanwhile, he is the inventor of the technology, the national specialist commissioner of China Productivity Committee and the registered senior business planner of the World Business Strategist Association (WBSA). He has successfully planned many business cases. He has independently planned and written, "Strategic Investment Plan for Rutile Mineral" and " Human Resources Capital", which have been embodied by Gold Medal Plan of China Economy Press. On the first conference of China Intelligence Industry Group Committee in 2004, he has been put in the list of ten excellent entrepreneurs of China intelligence industry.
